Parent-Teacher Conferences

Fall 2024 NBJH Conferences

Online scheduling for the Fall 2024 Parent Teacher Conferences will open on Wednesday, November 13th at 7 p.m. and will close on Wednesday, November 20th at 7 p.m.

Parent Teacher conferences will be held on: 

  • Monday, November 25 from 12 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, November 26 from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to discuss your child's educational progress. Teachers will be available for 8-minute individual conferences, either in-person or virtually.

REGISTRATION STEPS

  1. Log in to the conference scheduler https://pickatime.com/NB28 between 7:00 p.m. on November 13, and 7:00 p.m. on November 20.
  2. Create an account with your e-mail address and a password of your choice. Parents who have scheduled previous conferences using this system may already have an account. Please note: Prior to 7:00 p.m. on November 13, you will see a message in PickATime saying Scheduling is not currently available. 
  3. Once your account is created, you can select an in-person or virtual time block.
  4. Use your child’s student ID number and password to schedule your conferences, which was sent Nov. 11 in an email from Lisa Brown.
