Cross Country
About
The Co-ed Cross Country team welcomes all 6th-, 7th-, & 8th-grade NBJH students to participate. There are no try-outs. Practices are held after school M- Th from 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. Meets are usually scheduled to start by 4 p.m and end by 6 p.m. Meets are 1.3 miles or less per conference rules.

- Sports Physical Form- The sports physical is good for 13 months and must be on file in the junior high office prior to tryouts. No exceptions are made.
