2024 Important Dates and Deadlines

May 22:      Academic work is completed in a quality manner for all classes. Students must be in good academic standing (no failing grades) in all classes in order to participate in the May 28 picnic/pool party.

May 22:      All library books are returned to the LRC. All district-issued technology is returned; this includes iPad, charger and block. Replacement fees are: iPad-$295; keyboard-$100; charger-$19; charging block-$19.

May 22:      Students who ordered a graduation gown when registering for school this year will receive their gowns during X-Block.

May 24:      Notify Dr. Meek and Mrs. Gail by email if your child is attending a high school other than GBN so records may be sent to the appropriate institution at year’s end.

May 28:      PTO-sponsored Graduation Party from 7-9 p.m. at NBJH. Drop-off and pick-up is in the back parking lot at the gymnasium doors.

May 29:      Students report to X-Block at 8:35 a.m.  Graduation rehearsal continues until approximately 11:30 a.m./12:00 p.m. (This is a tentative dismissal time.) Graduation Ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Sheely Center for the Performing Arts (CPA) at Glenbrook North High School.  Students should report by 5:30 p.m. with their graduation gown. Students must attend the morning rehearsal in order to participate in the graduation ceremony that evening.
